Digital Account Manager

Ediscom Spa, an established Digital Agency based in the centre of Turin, Italy, specialised in Email Marketing, SMS Advertising, Lead Generation, SEO & SEM, and Native & Display Advertising, is seeking a new recruit to join its workforce in the role of digital account manager, with a view to permanent employment.

The recruit will join the Account Management department, reporting to the Head of Team and supporting management and optimisation of budgets allocated by customers for their digital advertising campaigns, pursuing agreed results, through training and ongoing support from the team.

We are looking for a professional, enterprising and open-minded individual with a goal-oriented and team-focused approach.

Basic requirements

  • Experience working in company and team settings, particularly in roles connected to data and budget analysis or engagement with customers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with particularly good knowledge of Excel, a tool which will be used on a daily basis
  • Ability to utilise digital materials and an interest in the digital world
  • Good listening skills to assimilate information and learn from senior colleagues
  • Proactive approach to manage team initiatives and share information with colleagues

Key qualities for the role

  • Ability to perform numerical and data analyses
  • Precision and diligence, supporting campaigns efficiently and effectively and achieving goals set
  • Patience, enabling attention to detail and completeness of work

Additional desirable qualities

  • Degree in economics or related subjects (marketing, business management, mathematics or management engineering)
  • Experience in a web agency, website-development company or similar
  • Good knowledge of English (level B1/B2)

Additional details

  • The company is located at Via Alfieri 11, in the centre of Turin, Italy
  • Full-time contract, Monday to Friday, typically 9:00–18:00, with flexible working hours
  • Salary and level defined based on the candidate’s experience
