Javascript Developer

Ediscom Spa, a well-established Digital Company based in Turin, specialising in advertising services such as E-mail Marketing, SMS Advertising, Lead Generation, SEO and SEM, Native & Display Advertising, is currently looking for someone to join the team at its internal company, Nativery Srl, as a Javascript Developer.


Description of the Nativery platform

A native advertising platform that helps users to discover the best content for them, in line with their interests.

Cutting-edge, proprietary technology based on sophisticated algorithms able to identify users’ preferences and habits. The aim is to analyse and identify the most suitable content, improving performance for both advertisers and publishers.

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Javascript Developer, with the following job description:

  • Algorithm optimisation
  • Data management (views, conversions, clicks)
  • Content loading
  • Platform maintenance (fixing bugs)
  • Function implementation (the main focus of the role)

Hard skills required

(importance is indicated on a scale from 1 to 5):

  • Excellent knowledge of Node.js (5)
  • Fair knowledge of AWS (4/5)
  • Knowledge of Redis (1)
  • Fair knowledge of MongoDB (4)
  • Elasticsearch (1)
  • Excellent knowledge of React (5) (1 if the candidate already knows AngularJS or Vue.js)
  • Good knowledge of Bootstrap (2)
  • Good knowledge of Docker (2)
  • Good knowledge of di Git (3)
  • Good knowledge of Linux (2)

Minimum experience

  • Candidates must have 2/3 years of work experience in a business environment.

Additional information

  • Type of contract: to be defined
  • Workplace: Centre of Turin - Via Confienza 10, Turin

The successful candidate will work remotely two days per week, working in the office on the remaining three days. This arrangement may vary depending on how the Covid emergency is managed.

Candidates will be interviewed and, if successful, hired taking into account the Covid-19 emergency and the resulting organisational requirements.
