Junior Trafficker

Ediscom Spa, a well-established Digital Agency in the heart of Turin, specialising in E-mail Marketing, SMS Advertising, Lead Generation, SEO and SEM, Native & Display Advertising, is currently looking for 1 person to join its team, initially as an intern, with a view to then offering a permanent contract. We're looking for trustworthy, motivated and determined people who want to learn, put themselves to the test and do an exciting job in a dynamic and continuously evolving company.

The new recruit will work in the Operations department, reporting to the Senior Trafficker and Team Leader; his/her job will be to manage and analyse digital advertising campaigns with the aim of achieving the results agreed with clients, through training and continuous team support.

The successful candidate will also manage traffic in order to monitor campaigns and the services on offer. We’re looking for an enterprising, enthusiastic, open-minded and friendly person who is also results-oriented and a team player.

Basic requirements

  • Knowledge of the Office package and, in particular, good Excel skills, as this programme is used on a day-to-day basis
  • A propensity to use digital materials and an interest in the digital world
  • Good listening skills, to retain information and learn from more senior colleagues
  • A proactive approach towards managing team initiatives and sharing information with colleagues

Desirable qualities that are important for the role

  • A flair for numerical analysis and data analysis
  • Precision and diligence, to follow campaigns in the best way possible
  • Patience, paying close attention to detail and ensuring work is fully completed

Preferred qualities considered plus points

  • Knowledge of HTML code
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
  • Knowledge of Spanish as a second language (B2 level) is preferable, but not necessary
